The apartment: This extraordinary apartment is located on the first floor of the building and can accommodate eight people. The cosy living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and offers guests a always pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The modern and bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to ensure a pleasant experience: induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a comfortable dining table. It has three comfortable bedrooms, two with a double bed and the third with two single beds. It also has two full bathrooms with showers, one of them in the main bedroom. This apartment has Wi-Fi connection in all areas. It does not have access to the private elevator of the building. Air conditioning and central heating throughout the accommodation. The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance. Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed. Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
