Nestled just moments away from the heart of Dundee, this spectacular wine country retreat is perfectly located for your stay to enjoy everything this wonderful region has to offer.
Inside you will find a fantastically appointed home. The entire living, dining, and kitchen area is connected to create a cozy and inviting environment. Every piece of furnishing and décor was procured to create that perfect blend of style and comfort. On the same level you will find the fully fenced backyard with its ample seating, fire-table and beautiful setting with farmland and greenspace beyond.
Upstairs you will find the four spacious bedrooms. The gorgeous primary bedroom is loaded with amenities such as the en-suite bathroom, large closet, flat screen TV, and the private balcony which is always a favorite. The other three bedrooms each boast a queen bed and share the second full bathroom.
The fully fenced backyard is perfect for kiddos and dogs. With a bunch of games, new outdoor furniture and the fire-table it makes for a truly special to enjoy every moment you can. Don’t forget there are hundreds of world class vineyards just a short drive away, along with the Air and Space Museum that also has the Wings and Waves waterpark the whole family can enjoy. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can’t control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don’t reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.
Pet friendly **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
