This wonderful Sellwood retreat is tucked under the Waverly Place property. Just like the other you will see an architectural blend of modern finishes and old world charm. Please reach out see if this 2,400 square foot craftsman is available for your needs as well.
From entering out front and walking up along the driveway you will decent down the steps and find an truly charming one bedroom escape.
The interior enjoys a cozy open layout with the kitchen, living, and dining. The spacious bedroom sits just off the main living space. The entire unit was furnished so that every guest would be comfortable and enjoy the setting. Additional there is a full size sofa bed that is really best for one or two kiddos.
You are just a few short blocks from incredible drinks, dining, and entertainment. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.
