This wonderful singe level retreat sits on a 1/4 acre in the North Gilham are of Eugene. It’s large fully fenced backyard makes it a fantastic option for small groups or families travelling with kiddos or pets.
As you enter the home, you are greeted with an open kitchen and dining layout just off of the living room. Both areas are bathed in natural light from the oversized windows. The kitchen was recently upgraded with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Just off of the living area you have access to the enormous backyard with ample seating and a brand new hot tub for your enjoyment.
There are three traditional bedrooms along with a second media room that enjoys a sofa-bed allowing for maximum flexibility in sleeping arrangements for groups that stay with us. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
