The Arrington Retreat is a wonderfully situated single level home that boasts a huge backyard and a number of amenities. Sitting right the middle of Silicon Forest you are close to countless companies such as Intel, Tektronix, Nike and countless others.
This home is a fantastic use of space with the three bedroom on one side, the chef’s kitchen and dining in the middle and the cozy living area on the other side. As you can see every piece of décor and furnishing was curated to find that perfect blend of style and comfort for our guests.
Just off the living area you will find the garage that has a foosball table, seating, as well as the washer and dryer. Without a doubt one of the gems of this property is the fully fenced expansive backyard. It is perfect for pets, games, and enjoyment. Sitting right next to Moorberry Elementary school you’ll see there are a number of fields and opportunities to play just barely a block or two away.
From the décor, layout, and location, you will find the Arrington Retreat is a truly amazing location for your small group or family to enjoy most anything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.
This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don’t reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
