This fantastic Sellwood escape is a tribute to the historic Portland bungalow and provides an amazing combination of old world charm and modern convenience. From the moment you arrive the elevated entrance provides some plush seating to relax in and enjoy the sights and sounds of the neighborhood.
As you enter the home, you will be quite surprised at how spacious this open layout really is. The connected living, dining, and kitchen area are all bathed in natural light and have been furnished to create that perfect blend of style and comfort for your stay. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked and available for your culinary creations. Besides the dining table for eight, there are three additional bar height chairs available at the kitchen island. If you absolutely must be productive, there is a small office w/ seating just off the kitchen as well.
Ascend to the top floor and you’ll find a second media room and oversized cozy couch. Feel free to relax and stream your favorite show or read one of the many books available. The bedrooms are on this level as well. Each has a queen bedroom. One of the bedroom enjoys an en-suite bathroom while the other shares the second upstairs full bathroom. The laundry room is on this floor as well.
Both the front and the back of the house have opportunities for seating. More will be added as the weather improves. The backyard also enjoys a BBQ for your grilling desires. There aren’t many homes in this area that offer such a blend of space, finishes, and location. You are just a few short blocks from incredible drinks, dining, and entertainment. PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
Special Information: Please note there is a unit below that has one bedroom and can sleep four people. Both units can be rented if they are available.
