Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Be respectful when using common areas. Please follow building rules and treat other guests and staff kindly.
  • Do not unplug electronic devices, as this may interfere with essential services or systems.
  • Smoking, drugs, and firearms are strictly prohibited inside the property. Violations may result in penalties of up to $500 USD.
  • No food or drinks on beds or sofas to avoid stains or damage to furniture.
  • Do not flush hygiene products down the toilet. Use the designated trash bins.
  • Please check thoroughly for personal belongings before check-out. We are not responsible for items lost or not placed in the safe.
  • Report any damages, incidents, or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
  • Any damages, losses, or extra cleaning needs will be charged to your reservation.
  • Any damage or extra cleaning required due to pets will be charged to your reservation.
