Upon entering this mid-century modern home, you are greeted with floor-to-ceiling windows with amazing lake views. The foyer gives access to the living room with a sectional sofa, seating 6 comfortably. In the living room, your group can gather and watch TV while taking in the epic lake views from the sliders to the back deck. Off the living room is a large dining area with two tables. The first formal table seats 8, and the adjacent table is a perfect location for board games, puzzles, or kids’ meals, sitting 6.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
