At Sip, Sip, Away, we will begin outdoors, where you will likely spend most of your time. The house features a 3/4 acre lot with a 24’x48’ saltwater pool with a new water slide! The kiddos and adults will have a great time slipping, sliding, and cannonballing into this spacious and refreshing pool.
Just steps from the pool is a cozy fire pit for everyone to gather, discuss the day’s adventures on the lake, and enjoy some s’mores! Outside of the fenced area are pavers to the dock where you’ll find fun lake toys, a kayak and a stand up paddle board that can be used to explore and fully enjoy what the lake has to offer. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
