Conveniently located on the dock are all the fun lake toys, including a kayak, a paddle board, and an assortment of life jackets. The outdoor area provides ample space for you and your loved ones to hang out together while still partaking in different activities. Off the main level sliders is a large deck with multiple seating options for your family and friends, including two tables seating 10 + plus Adirondack chairs. On the deck, you will also find a hot tub to relax and unwind after a busy day on the lake. A few steps en route to the lake is a landing with a stone fire pit to enjoy S’mores and share stories about your lake day adventures (firewood provided). Continue further to find a private beach area fitted with Adirondack chairs just steps from the lake. Spend your days on the lake & evenings gathered around the lakeside fire pit! As a guest in our home, you will have full free access to corn hole & Connect Four, the ideal toys for getting the adventure going! Inside, Butler Bliss boasts an open-concept living space featuring a vaulted great room, including a lakeside wall of windows to welcome the outdoors. Natural light flows in, creating an open and airy feel. The living area has new furniture, including a large, comfortable sectional sofa and two oversized chairs for lake views or to watch the game. The living area has a bar with 4 leather stools, a TV, and a wine fridge! It’s the perfect place for adult conversations or games! In the kitchen, you will find stainless steel appliances, granite counters, & a breakfast bar with seating for 4, all with amazing lake views through the windows. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and small appliances to prepare a meal for your entire group. Choose your coffee option: Keurig or drip. When it’s family mealtime, the dining area will suffice! With a large glass table that seats 8, it opens to the kitchen and living room. Don’t forget about the screened-in porch with sofa seating for some possible alone time from the group. This gorgeous home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, one recently remodeled into a full bath. A primary bedroom on the main level with an en-suite bath and a separate sleeping area equipped with a bunk bed and full bed will surely please both the adults and kiddos! Upstairs there are three bedrooms and one full bath. On the upper level, luxurious sleeping areas branch off down the hall, featuring large plush bedding and pillows for a restful sleep. You will be right at home while feeling relaxed and pampered. The bunk room is perfect for the kids with a TV and two sets of bunk beds that sleep 4. Head up a few more stairs to two more bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other has 2 queen beds and great lake views. Sometimes they are left behind and available, but they are cleaned out regularly. - This property has steps that may be difficult to navigate for young children and older adults. Please proceed with care and be aware of your surroundings. - 2 pets are allowed at this home. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $175 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note that events and parties are not allowed. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
