Villa Maestrale is located within a small private residential complex, in a predominantly seafront position, close to the famous sandy coastline in the Capitolo locality in Monopoli.
The property can accommodate up to 10 guests. It is fully fenced and has an electric gate and private parking inside the residential courtyard. Passing through the gate you enter the garden area decorated with fruit trees and aromatic plants. Internally the house is divided into a large living area with sofas and TV and an open space with a fully equipped kitchen and a large table with chairs in front of a French window with a splendid view of the pool and the sea. The living room leads to the two double bedrooms, one of which has a sea view and direct access to the outdoor area. A bathroom with a shower serves the ground floor. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
