Welcome to The Pinnacle, an awe-inspiring holiday home with spectacular north-facing, 250-degree panoramic water views over the Harbour. Sprawling over three levels, this exquisite residence sleeps up to10 guests in 5 bedrooms, all with glorious water views, including the master suite, which occupies the entire top floor. The jewel in the crown of this magnificent home is a built-in heated spa located on the viewing balcony, straight off the main living areas. Imagine lounging in the spa with a wine in hand while taking in the sparking water and headland views.
On the middle level you’ll discover mesmerising harbour views, two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom and the open plan living areas which flows out onto an expansive viewing balcony with an extravagant built-in heated spa as the show-stopping centre piece. The lounge area features an 85-inch TV and an elegant, elongated fireplace. The generous chef’s kitchen is fully equipped, with a dual-sink butler’s pantry, wine fridge, double bar fridge, wall ovens, integrated coffee machine and Miele appliances.
The sumptuous master suite commands the entire top level and has sublime water views over the harbour. It’s comprised of a generous balcony, WIR, a luxurious ensuite with double vanity and a king-sized bed.
The lower level consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, another large balcony with pizza oven fireplace, and a second living area with a 75-inch TV, a cosy fireplace. The bedrooms each have two long single beds which can be joined into king-sized beds upon your requested preference.
The Pinnacle is air-conditioned, has a washer and dryer and upon arrival you’ll find all the beds made with white linens and fluffy towels for your bathrooms. There is parking on the property for 2 vehicles ONLY via a double garage (approx. 6m x 5.7m). Note - there is no parking available on the street; however, nearby streets have parking if additional parking is required. The lower level of the property is a flat, grassed yard with a staircase to the street below for those wanting to stroll to Wanda Beach.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 adults & 2 Children. The sofa bed will be added to accomodate 2 children,($100) guest 11 & 12, total maximum guest 12.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas, blankets and pillows are also supplied.
Additional costs when booking:
Sofa bed $100 per booking, with linen and bath towels (children only)
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.
BOND - $2000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
All booking guests, including OTA reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification
CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. OTA Guests, please refer to OTA’s policies.
NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to ’visitors’ to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES, SCHOOLIES/TEENAGERS, EXCESS OF GUESTS bookings will not be accepted.
