Chalet Sedes is a charming Mallorcan villa with beautiful mountain views, set in a wonderfully peaceful area just a short walk from the Ses Fonts Ufanes Nature Reserve. Here you can truly switch off and enjoy a relaxing stay surrounded by nature, whether you are travelling with family or friends. As you step inside, you will find a bright open-plan space combining the kitchen with the living and dining area. The atmosphere is pleasantly rustic, with high ceilings, exposed wooden beams and white walls that create a fresh, airy feel. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you need to cook comfortably during your holiday. The living room offers comfortable sofas and a Smart TV - ideal for unwinding after a day out, watching a film or simply enjoying a good book. In addition, there is free wifi throughout the house. The villa has 4 bedrooms, arranged in a practical way for families or groups. Next to the kitchen, on the right, there is a bedroom with two single beds. Opposite, you will find a bedroom with a 1.35 m bed intended for single use. The house also features another single bedroom, ideal for anyone who prefers a quieter, more private space. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, providing extra comfort during your stay. All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the air conditioning in the bedrooms is scheduled from 21:00 to 08:00. The living room air conditioning operates from 08:00 to 21:00. From the kitchen/dining area, a door opens onto the terrace, partly covered with a reed roof—perfect for breakfast or outdoor meals. Outside you will also find a laundry area and a large built-in brick barbecue, as well as a portable barbecue so you can cook wherever you prefer. The exterior stands out for its stone details and the private swimming pool with open views of the surrounding landscape. The pool is fenced, making it a convenient option for families with children, and there are sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the sun. A car is recommended, and there is plenty of outdoor space for parking. Chalet Sedes is just minutes from Ses Fonts Ufanes, and a short drive from the Caves of Campanet and the village of Campanet, where you will find cafés, traditional restaurants, bars and local shops. If you fancy a day out, the old town of Pollença and the beaches of Puerto de Alcudia are around 20 minutes away by car; Puerto Pollença and Playa de Muro are at a similar distance. The cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket are provided free of charge with every booking. The tourist tax is included in the online price.
