Two of the bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each, while the master bedroom has a comfortable double bed. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the villa has the air conditioning scheduled in all bedrooms from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, and in the living room from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. This villa has a large porch, which stretches along the front of the house. With a large table and chairs, this space is perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with family and friends while admiring the natural beauty that surrounds the property. Inside villa Guillermo you will find a comfortable lounge with television, where you can relax and unwind after a day full of activities. You can walk to Old Town in 25 minutes, and there is a supermarket 10–15-minute walk away. There is a bus stop 10-15 minutes away to go to the beach, the town or to Palma. A car is not necessary, yet it is recommended if you want more flexibility to freely explore the island. In Pollensa, you will find shops, a cultural center, the Pollensa market, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the atmosphere in the afternoon and take part in its activities.
