Villa Tonieta is a Mediterranean holiday villa for up to 12 people, with a design that divides the villa into two properties for 6 people each, a 15m long swimming pool and terrace. With separate entrances, it is the ideal place for large families or groups of friends wishing to enjoy an unforgettable holiday together. Located in a privileged setting, Villa Tonieta offers stunning mountain views and is only a 10 minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente, with crystal clear waters and spectacular scenery. Upon arrival at the villa, you will be greeted by a spacious front terrace shared by both houses, equipped with tables and chairs. Here you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning or relax with a glass of local wine in the evening, overlooking the mountains. Each house has three cozy bedrooms. In each of them you will find two rooms with twin beds and a master bedroom with a double bed. Each house has two full bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. The houses also have a dining room with a table and chairs for 6 people, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends. In addition, you will find comfortable armchairs where you can relax after a day at the beach. Both houses are equipped with smart TV and offer free WiFi connection throughout the property. If you like to cook, you’ll be delighted to know that each house has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay in the villa. You can enjoy the freedom to cook your own meals and sample the local cuisine. At the back of the villa is an impressive 15-meter long swimming pool, where you can take a refreshing dip, swim and have fun with your loved ones. In addition, there are two tables where you can enjoy alfresco meals in company. We can’t forget to mention the brick barbecue located in the house, perfect for delighting your guests with your best grilled dishes. Villa Tonieta is located in a very quiet area, so right in front of the house, there is always parking available for your rental cars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters. In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.
