On the rooftop terrace, you can experience the spectacular sunsets over the mountain peaks of the Serra of Tramuntana, bathing the city in golden light. The 140 m² interior of your townhouse captivates with its simple elegance. The living room on ground floor is decorated in light and calm colors that contrast beautifully with the city’s colorful street scene. Here you can make yourself comfortable on one of the two large sofas and follow their favorite shows from vacation: The flat screen TV receives many international programs via satellite. In the dining area beside six people sit comfortably at the large dining table. The fully equipped wooden kitchen in american style radiates warmth and comfort. It is equipped with everything needed to perfect your own culinary art on holiday: a vitroceramic hob, oven and dishwasher are just as much part of this accommodation. Furthermore, there is a toilet on this area. From the groundfloor, there is a beautiful outdoor traditional stone made stairs that leads to exterior first floor with the pool area, barbecue and sunbathing area. Also a nice outside dinning space while enjoying the views of Pollensa at your feet. The bright and friendly design continues in the other rooms of the villa. On the second floor are the three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Three tastefully furnished rooms (two twins and one double). All bedrooms include cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h. There is a free public parking with great availability 3 minutes walk from the house. There is central heating throughout the house at an additional cost of 100€ per week. Enjoy your vacation days on the wonderful terrace, with saltwater pool, garden furniture and a barbecue area, as well as a second terrace at a higher level and with an impressive view of the landscape, where your dreams become reality. In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant. Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters. * * * * * Cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket is provided for free with every reservation.
