A delightful one-story property with stunning mountain views is called Villa Can Tofol. It is the perfect place to spend with family or friends and is only 7 minutes’ drive from Puerto Pollensa and 3 minutes’ drive from Pollensa town. It is situated in a private setting with trees and a lovely garden with a swimming pool.
From the barrier at the entry, a lovely stone path goes to the pool, where there is enough to park the car outside.
The interior of the house is dominated by its white color and luminosity, being a mix between rustic and modern. The living room and dining room come together in an open space, spacious and with beautiful views of the garden. There is satellite TV and WiFi throughout the house. To the right of the dining room is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with white furniture, with a table and chairs to enjoy a delicious breakfast.
There are three bedrooms in the house. One with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and two other bedrooms with twin beds. Between these two bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower. All three bedrooms are white with tiled floors and wooden furniture.
All bedrooms and the living/dining room include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.
The exterior has a beautiful swimming pool with solarium and hammocks for sunbathing. The barbecue is located in a covered area, where there is also a small refrigerator and furniture with crockery to have everything at your fingertips. There is a table with chairs to enjoy the culinary delights outside next to the barbecue.
Villa Can Tofol is located between the old town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, in just 7 minutes drive you can enjoy its beautiful beaches and streets that invite you to get lost in the history of this wonderful town.
In Pollença you will find stores, a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional stores and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the atmosphere in the evening and take part in its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices abound.
Puerto Pollensa’s beach is perfect for relaxing in the sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing.
