Chalet Cal Xino is a charming two-storey villa, conveniently located around a 10-minute walk from the picturesque town of Pollença and just a few minutes by car from the beach of Puerto de Pollença. Its spacious garden with plants, trees, lemon and orange trees, together with a large private swimming pool, a generous terrace and a barbecue area, make it an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday in the north of Mallorca.
The outdoor area is designed to make the most of the pleasant climate. It features a large swimming pool ideal for swimming and cooling off, a terrace that surrounds the house with lovely views and space to sit and enjoy meals or a relaxed afternoon, a table tennis table for both children and adults, and a well-kept garden where guests can unwind in the shade of the trees.
The interior of Villa Cal Xino is distributed over two floors and combines functionality with style. Upon entering the property, guests are welcomed into an open-plan living-dining area, a bright and spacious room with beautiful wooden ceiling beams that add warmth and character. The living area includes a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for playing board games, reading, or enjoying your favourite programmes on the TV. Free wifi is available throughout the house.
To the left of the living-dining area is the kitchen, which is fully equipped and offers all the facilities needed to cook comfortably during your stay. It also features a small table for breakfast and direct access to both the terrace and the laundry room, which is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
This floor is completed by a cosy master bedroom with views of the garden, providing a calm and pleasant space for rest.
From the living room, an elegant staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a spacious sitting area with comfortable armchairs, perfect for relaxing moments. On this level, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each, fitted wardrobes and light-coloured décor, both with garden views. In addition, there is another master bedroom with pleasant views, completing the sleeping area. The bathroom on this floor is spacious and features a large traditional-style bathtub and two washbasins, offering added comfort for guests.
All bedrooms and the living room on the ground floor are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, air conditioning is available from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. Unlimited use is available for an additional supplement.
Villa Cal Xino is located between Pollença and Puerto de Pollença. The historic centre of Pollença can be reached on foot or within a few minutes by car and offers cafés, restaurants, bars, traditional shops and the popular weekly Sunday market. Puerto de Pollença, just a short drive away, features a beach, seafront promenade and water activities such as kayaking or boat trips. A visit to Cala San Vicente is also highly recommended for its small coves and crystal-clear waters.
Car hire is recommended to move around freely and make the most of your stay, as there is much more to explore in the surroundings of Villa Cal Xino.
