This is the perfect choice for those who want to be in the heart of this beautiful village only a walk away to restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The combination of an elegant Mallorcan traditional decoration with the modern equipment of the house makes ’Villa Padrina’ an ideal house to spend your holidays. The house, which was 500 years old, belonged to the Knights Templar in Pollença. It is located a few steps from the center of Pollença, where you can enjoy all the services and events that Pueblo offers, at any time of the year.
The emblematic house has 4 bedrooms with cot, fitted kitchen, living room, projection room (tv), a patio and excellent mountain views from the terrace with barbecue. Villa Padrina enjoys unlimited free WiFi access for your use.
All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.
Upon entering the house, on the right is the screening room, you can enjoy its comfortable sofas and have a drink while entertaining with a television with movies and satellite TV.
If you go straight, you will find the living room and the kitchen, fully equipped, which has a pantry with all the furniture and accessories. The kitchen is traditional with stoves, where food is cooked in the most natural way. On the right there is a door that leads to the patio, where the staircase will take you to each of the rooms, this is a way to access them.
In the dining room there is an internal staircase that will take you to each of the rooms.
The two double rooms have large double beds, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Sheets, covers and cushions are provided. The space is enough in each to leave the suitcases and has lockers to order your clothes. The single rooms have large single beds, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Sheets, covers and cushions are provided and there is also enough space for suitcases. It has furniture to accommodate clothes.
The two bathrooms of the Villa Padrina are fully equipped on the day of check-in with essential bathroom, carpets to get out of the shower. One is in a corridor, up the stairs of the patio and the other one is inside the house. The first has a shower, toilet and bidet; The second is a sink without bidet with bathroom plus.
From the upper terrace, where you can see the whole city of Pollença, you can enjoy a good barbecue, take the best of traditional Mallorcan Mediterranean food that can be bought in 1 minute at the Calvario store. There you will be recommended the best selection of products!
From ’Villa Padrina’ is seconds from the center of Pollença: baths, shops, cultural centers, Pollença market and museums are some of the services you can access.It is worth mentioning that it is only 10 minutes by car from the nearest beach and 5 minutes from the bus stop, for those who decide to arrive by this means.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala, as it is known by the locals) there is a small supermarket, several small restaurants that offer a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
