Chalet Bobis is a charming holiday villa located in a quiet countryside area, surrounded by nature and offering lovely views of the mountainous landscape in the north of Mallorca. The villa is set in a peaceful rural environment and is conveniently located just a few minutes by car from the historic centre of Pollença and from Puerto de Pollença. This location allows guests to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside with easy access to restaurants, shops, beaches, and water activities.
The property is ideal for families or groups of friends and features three bright and well-ventilated bedrooms, all offering enough space for luggage and personal belongings. Two bedrooms have two single beds each, while the third is a double bedroom. The villa has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, ensuring comfort for all guests. All bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, air conditioning is available from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. Unlimited use is available for an additional supplement. Free wifi is available throughout the property.
The interior common areas are warm and functional. The rustic-style dining area connects the different spaces of the house and is perfect for relaxed breakfasts or evening meals. The house features a table tennis table to enjoy with family and friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the facilities needed to cook comfortably during your stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, gas oven, kettle, and complete kitchenware.
The outdoor area is one of the highlights of Chalet Bobis. The private garden, carefully maintained and surrounded by palm trees and vegetation, features a private swimming pool, a fully equipped barbecue area, and a spacious covered porch with dining table, relaxation area, and sun loungers—perfect for outdoor living.
The villa also provides easy access to nearby beaches and coves such as Cala Sant Vicenç, known for its crystal-clear waters. The airport is approximately 50 minutes away by car.
