From here, there is access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped and offers all the necessary facilities to cook comfortably during your stay, with practical furniture and appliances suitable for everyday use. Free wifi is available throughout the property, allowing guests to stay connected at all times.
On the first floor are the two bedrooms, both filled with natural light and offering a calm and restful atmosphere. One bedroom has two single beds pushed together, while the second features one single bed and a pull-out bed, as well as direct access to a private balcony with pleasant views of the surrounding countryside. Both bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning available 24 hours a day, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year. The villa also includes well-maintained and functional bathrooms, designed to meet everyday needs with ease.
The outdoor areas are one of the main highlights of Villa Bennasar. From the living room, guests can access a welcoming, partially covered front terrace furnished with an outdoor dining area. This terrace connects directly to the private swimming pool and sunbathing area, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate in complete privacy. The villa is located just a short drive from the charming historic centre of Pollença, known for its traditional atmosphere, cafés, restaurants, bars, and local shops, as well as its popular weekly Sunday market. Around 15 minutes away is Puerto de Pollença, with its beach, seafront promenade, and a wide range of water activities. A visit to Cala San Vicente, famous for its crystal-clear waters, is also highly recommended. A car is recommended to explore the area comfortably and make the most of your stay.
