Three of its four resplendent suites have private baths, balcony terraces, and those sensational views. But much of your time will be spent outside this lovely home—the appealing pool, with its companion jacuzzi, will grant you ample access to luxuriating in the bounteous Baja sun. There are plenty of chairs for lounging about, as well as patio dining, perhaps on a fresh fish dish from the gas barbecue. Ten minutes at Villa Leonetti will make you want to stay ten years.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior after 10pm, may result in a fine.
