Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). No unauthorized parties or events. Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise, or other disturbing behavior after 10pm, will result in a fine after the first warning ($1000-$3000). Warnings apply per entire stay, not per incident. Common areas such as Pools and Gym at the resort are designated exclusively for Hotel guests. Pets in The Ritz Carlton and the West Enclaves common areas are not allowed.
