- NOTE: The ferries and golf cart rentals are limited during the off-season (before Memorial Day and after Labor Day)
- NOTE: If you are not bringing a car to the island, a shuttle service is available to get to the condos for an additional $3 per person each way fee
- NOTE: The pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (weather permitting) and are maintained by Hazards Campground
