You may find yourself never leaving the tower! This penthouse features an open concept floorplan, allowing for incredible ocean or mountain views from nearly every room in the suite. The condo features many unique editions including an ice maker and wine cooler, bathtub, BBQ, walk-in closets, and a glassed-in TV room. We’re delighted to inform you that our pool facilities are now available for your relaxation and enjoyment. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: A $500 MXN PESOS per night resort fee (not per person) will be charged at the security front desk upon arrival. This resort fee is additional and independent from Property Manager. Guests can use all resort amenities including pools, lounging areas, restaurant & bar, gym, and massage studio. The tower is located 3 minutes from the heart of Zona Romantica by Uber or Taxi, or a 15-minute walk on a quiet cobblestone street. RESTAURANTS: - The 3rd-floor bar opens at 14:00h and dinner service at 18:00h to 21:30h. - The rooftop terrace Restaurant & Bar is open 08:00h - 18:00h. - Room Service from 8:00h to 22:00h.
