Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,>A $500 MXN pesos per night (not per person) resort fee will be charged at the security front desk upon arrival. This resort fee is additional and independent from Property Manager.
- >All renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband for access.
- >This unit has a maximum occupancy of 8, with additional fees applied after 6 guests.
- >Pets are allowed for an extra fee of $150.
- >Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or portable speakers to the pool areas is prohibited.
- >Visitors are not permitted in common areas. Only registered guests can make use of the amenities.
- >A USD $500 security deposit on your credit card will be requested when you check in and will be released after the team inspects the property at your departure
- >Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building or units
- >Quiet hours after 11pm. No noise on the balcony at any time. Violations of rules will lead to removal from property. ,Start: 23:00, End: 9:00
