Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Short tourist lease according to D.L. 50/2017 - Rental agreement for tourist stays to be signed at a distance or at check-in.
- - All travelers are subject to a 6% Agency Fee, which includes the Allianz Travel Easy policy. This policy covers cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance, and lost or damaged baggage.
- - Additionally, the RARO CARE Service provides coverage for any property accidents, with damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00.
- - Entry must be made after completion of the
- sanitization by the staff involved in this activity and therefore not before 17:00. The staff will inform the owner or his representative of the estimated time of access and he will inform the guests.
- Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- - ** twice a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients, halfway through the stay partial cleaning with rearrangement of the rooms and cleaning of the bathrooms with ONLY change of towels (except for pool towels , bathrobe and slippers, where provided);
- During the high season the weekly cleaning will be done mainly on Saturday.
- Extra cleaning on request:
- - extra cleaning: €20 per hour and per cleaner
- - extra bed linen: €10 per room (sheets + pillowcases)
- - extra bathroom linen: €7 per room (2 face towels, 2 bidet towels and 2 bath towels)
- - bathrobe: €10 per room (2 bathrobes)
- - swimming pool towels: €3.50 per piece
- - Complete kit of bedroom and bathroom linen: €33
- Arrival between 17:00 and 20:00
- Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
- Pool open from 1 May to 31 October
- To be paid at booking with the rental price:
- Final Cleaning (mandatory): 400.00€

- Not included in the rental price:
