Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Feeling superbly metropolitan, this 80 square meter home is located in the heart of Barcelona’s Dreta de l’Eixample. Bara boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms that are elegantly furnished and styled with a desert-like design. Bara’s long entryway lets in ample light. The first door on the right leads to the detached bathroom. Mosaic tiling covers the shower floor while maintaining the earthy hues found throughout the space. Continue down the hall to discover Bara’s modern kitchen. A stainless steel island with double seating matches the state-of-the-art appliances. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. To the left of the kitchen is Bara’s first bedroom. Desert photographs hang above the cozy day bed. Just past the kitchen, Bara opens up to a spacious living and dining area. Traditional tapestries lay beneath the hand-selected furnishings. Continue towards the natural light to find a tucked away, four-person dining set. The space continues to the right to reveal a dedicated workstation. To the right of the living room’s entertainment system is the second bedroom. Under organic shapes on the accent wall is the queen-sized bed in the center of the space. Sliding glass doors open up to the aforementioned workstation to the left while the door on the right opens up to the attached bathroom. Exuding a contemporary feel, a double floating vanity and all-glass shower complete the space. Bara comes equipped with air conditioning, bedding, and linens for maximum comfort. *For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with ducted air system *Please, note that this apartment does not allow pets. *Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
