Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. This 1 bedroom 1 bath flat comes with its own private rooftop terrace, right about the apartment space. Upon entering the flat, there is a round dining table next to the kitchen. On the right, there is the master bedroom with ample closet space and a queen sized bed, with original hand painted fabric hanging above. Past the dining area, find the living room with a unique custom-made black metal light hanging fitted for the space. The area is adorned with green plants with modern black finishings, contrasting the classic Catalan floor tiles. The patio has been converted to a dedicated work area, with a desk crafted by a local artisan facing the windows. TThe hanging chair, also created uniquely for this flat, is ideal for relaxing. Up the stairs, there is the private terrace outfitted with a sitting table as well as a lounge area with pouffs and hammock. The beige tones and cactus are reminiscent of a desert landscape. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
