Spanning 150 square meters, this spacious and tastefully designed residence offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and tranquility, ensuring a memorable stay in this vibrant city. Arlet features four beautifully appointed double bedrooms, each furnished with queen-size beds to provide a restful and rejuvenating sleep experience. Two of the bedrooms offer direct access to a terrace, where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh air while taking in the surrounding views. Additionally, there is a dedicated office space with a workstation, providing a quiet and productive area for work or study. The apartment includes two well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. The bathrooms are equipped with modern fixtures and offer a relaxing atmosphere to start and end your day. Step into the inviting living room, where you’ll find a cozy and stylish space to relax and unwind. The living room is thoughtfully designed with a full entertainment system, perfect for enjoying movies, music, or your favorite shows. This space offers an intimate setting for enjoying delicious meals together or engaging in lively conversations over a glass of wine. Arlet boasts a fully furnished kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the necessary amenities to prepare your favorite meals. To ensure your comfort during your stay, Arlet is equipped with air conditioning throughout the apartment, allowing you to create a pleasant indoor climate tailored to your preferences. From the carefully selected decor to the thoughtfully incorporated elements, you’ll find a sense of serenity and connection to nature throughout the apartment, creating a soothing and welcoming ambiance. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
