Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Arezzo’s grasslands inspiration is felt throughout the apartment, from the green hues to the wood finishings and dried flower decor. The 70 square meter flat has 1 bedroom, 2 baths, and an indoor patio illuminated from outside. Walking into the flat, a welcoming entrance has coat hooks throughout. Find a dining area fitted with a dining table and an impressive hanging light above adorned with olive tree leaves. The kitchen across the hall is fully equipped and fitted with all cooking utensils and appliances. The spacious living room has a canopy-style sofa with hanging fabric as well as a pouf and sitting chair. The colourful floor tiles are the perfect complement to the subtle tones and varnished wood shelves in the space. The lounge area leads to the indoor patio, which is fitted with a custom made work area. The desk is handmade by a local craftsman, perfectly placed to fit the nook of the patio. At the other end of the patio, there is a round sitting area with a table ideal for enjoying a coffee. From the patio, walk into the main bedroom, adorned with hanging white fabrics around the walls. The bedroom is fitted with a queen sized bed and an ensuite modern bathroom with shower. The second bathroom with shower can be found next to the kitchen. Bedroom and bath comes with fresh towels and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
