We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe Feel transported to a grassland paradise in this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unique property. Whether inside or outside the home, there’s much to see and do. Located in the Eixample dreta district, guests are invited to try the local flavors or admire the modernist architecture. After a stroll through the streets of Barcelona, there’s nothing better than relaxing at home. This unique property, with its remarkable 1 bedroom and 1 modern bathroom, is a mark above the rest. The bedroom contains a queen size bed and a dedicated workstation for all remote working needs. The ensuite bathroom is complete with wooden storage, a walk in shower, and a towel heater. The open plan living, kitchen, and dining rooms showcase Alhamilla’s grassland theme through the use of uniquely textured walls and one of a kind abstract designs. Find a sunlight reading nook by the windows in the living room. As with all our apartments, Alhamilla’s kitchen is fully equipped. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to this issue. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
