The lounge connects harmoniously to a functional and perfectly equipped kitchen, positioned in a snack area overlooked by a large window and complete with a gas hob and everything necessary to prepare meals in complete independence. From the living room, a corridor leads to the sleeping area, designed to offer maximum rest and privacy. This includes a spacious master bedroom elegantly furnished, equipped with a refined en-suite bathroom and with direct access to the main terrace.
