Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
  • All guests must complete rental agreement to provide credit card, email and phone number.
  • Please use contact information inside of the unit or the guest portal to communicate directly with us at our local office.
  • 4-Wheel drive or AWD with good tires are required to access this home in the winter months. Please note that all guests must have their own transportation. The home is in a rural setting and due to the remote location, there may be delay in plowing of the county roads when there is a big snowfall. This property is about a 20-minute drive from the main highway on narrow dirt roads.
  • You are in a wildlife area, please keep close tabs on small children and pets outdoors.
  • Weddings: You can rent the home for a small intimate wedding with a maximum of 10 people being able to sleep over at the home. All parking, set-up and site rental are subject to additional rules and costs.
