Large villa with a terrace overlooking the sea and a private swimming pool surrounded by nature north of Olbia, a few minutes from Porto Rotondo and the Gulf of Marinella.
The villa is characterized by exposed wooden beams on the ceiling and modern furnishings that make it particularly cozy. The open plan living area features a sofa, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, a microwave and all the necessary cooking tools. This room has access to a terrace with a sofa and armchairs, from which guests can admire the spectacular sea view. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms furnished with a queen-size bed and a closet each. Two bathrooms with shower complete the layout.
