Seaview Lux is a villa portion with a private pool, located in a scenic spot in the town of Plaka, Crete. It is on one level (the owner’s apartment is located on the floor above) and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Guests have private use of the pool with hydromassage corner and a furnished outdoor dining area.
There are marvelous views from the large windows, terraces, and outdoor spaces.
The villa is minutes away from the island’s most beautiful beaches, and is ideal for experiencing Greek culture. The center of Plaka is only 500 meters away (with shops of all kinds) and the town of Almyrida is just 1 km away (beaches and restaurants).
At guests’ disposal: private pool (10 x 3 meters; depth: 1,5 meters) with hydromassage area (2 x 2 meters); the pool can be heated (up to 28°) with an extra cost and the owners have to be notified at least 2 days prior the arrival day; sea views; private, furnished outdoor area; gazebo with table and chairs for dining outside; barbecue; Wifi internet; air conditioning; private parking
