Villa Sunrise is a great family villa located in a quiet residential area just outside the lively village of Valbonne. It’s a 15min walk to the historic village of Valbonne. The villa is spacious, recently remodeled and renovated and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests with its 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an extensive garden including a magnificent swimming pool, Jacuzzi, pool house, summer kitchen and various outdoor living areas. The villa offers 290m2 of living space and is finished to a high standard throughout. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, both opening up to the garden. There are 2 living rooms (air-conditioned), a fully equipped American-style kitchen, a gym and a sauna. On the first floor a further 3 double bedrooms can be found together with 2 bathrooms. Four of the five bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning. The property is set in 3000m2 of flat Mediterranean garden with numerous Olive trees and Palm trees. The garden features a fabulous swimming pool with fountain, surrounded by sun terraces, a 6 person Jacuzzi, and pétanque (boules) area. Guests will also enjoy the large covered terrace offering a relaxed dining area with an open air kitchen composed of gas BBQ, gas Plancha, and wood burning pizza oven. The villa is located on a private "impasse" in a quiet residential area and is very close to Valbonne. There is ample car parking available at the property. The villa is fully gated and equipped with a security alarm, Sonos and fiber optic internet.
