Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. A high end private villa located on the coast overlooking the Mediterranean sea with 4 ensuite bedrooms, air-conditioning, infinity pool and Jacuzzi. Villa Carolina consists of 300 m2 of luxurious living space laid out over two floors. The first floor boasts a large open plan entrance with combined dining and living room. The master bedroom is located on this floor, complete with dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Large sliding doors give access to the balcony overlooking the gorgeous views. A sweeping spiral staircase leads to the ground floor where one can enjoy a second living room, light and spacious with open fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen with back kitchen and a further 3 double bedrooms. Each bedrooms has its own bathroom and gives direct access to the pool terrace with amazing panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea and a South facing exposition, enjoying all-day sun. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The fourth bedroom is set up with 2 single beds, en-suite shower room, living area and independent kitchen opening and opens onto a lovely shaded terrace leading to the pool. This apartment enables total privacy for some guests or family members looking for some independence during their stay. A beautiful terrace around the pool with jacuzzi enjoys panoramic sea views, a large outdoor dining area with barbecue and seating area with sun loungers. All rooms have air conditioning and internet/WIFI access is available throughout the property. The villa is located on the hill of Le Trayas, just outside Théoule sur Mer in a private domain, only 5 minutes from the sea and beaches, 10 minutes to Théoule sur Mer, 30 minutes into Cannes and 45 minutes to Nice Airport. The villa offers private car access with parking for 3 cars.
