Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.
- - All travellers benefit with 6% Agency Fees payment the Allianz TRAVEL EASY policy to cover cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance and lost/damaged baggage and the RARO CARE Service to cover any accidents to the property.
- With RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00
- - Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 5pm.
- The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.
- Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- - ** once a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients
- In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.
- Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.
- Arrival between 17:00 and 20:00
- Departure between 07:00 and 10:00
- Pool open from 1 May to 31 October
- To be paid at booking with the rental price:
- Final Cleaning (mandatory): 30.00€ per person, minimum 180.00€
- To be paid on the spot
- Not included in the rental price:
- Bed linen (weekly changed) (mandatory): 15.00€ per change
- Towels (additional set) (on request): 12.00€ per change
- Bed linen and towels (weekly changed) (mandatory): 20.00€ per person per week
- Mid Week Cleaning (on request): to be arranged with the owner
- Weekly cleaning (mandatory): 180.00€ per week
- Final Cleaning (mandatory): 30.00€ per person per week, minimum 180.00€ per week
- Extra Bed (on request): to be arranged with the owner
- Welcome Dinner (on request): to be arranged with the owner
- Cooking lessons (on request): to be arranged with the owner
- Refundable Security Deposit by credit card (on request): 1500.00€
