Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.
  • - All travellers benefit with 6% Agency Fees payment the Allianz TRAVEL EASY policy to cover cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance and lost/damaged baggage and the RARO CARE Service to cover any accidents to the property.
  • With RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00
  • - Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 5pm.
  • The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.
  • Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
  • - ** once a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients
  • In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.
  • Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.

  • Extra prices:
  • * 5 € per room for towel change (2x face sponge, 2x bidet sponge, bath sponge mat)
  • * 12 € per person for changing pool towel and bathrobe
  • * 15 € per person for change of sheets (2x pillowcases, 2x sheets) and towels (face sponge, bidet sponge, bath sponge mat)
  • * 20 € per person for towel change and linen change - face sponge, bidet sponge, sponge bath mat, pool towel, bathrobes and 2x pillowcases, 2x sheet
  • * price corresponding to the passage of the cleaning staff, if requested on a different day, an extra cost for delivery could be added.
