BEDROOM The first bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second and third bedrooms each offer a cosy double bed. All bedrooms are made up with professionally laundered and pressed linen and include generous wardrobe space for your belongings. BATHROOM The bathrooms each include a shower and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage. KITCHEN Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with: • Fridge/freezer • Stovetop • Microwave • Oven • Dishwasher • Crockery and cutlery A small selection of essentials such as milk, coffee, and tea is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed. LIVING AREA The living room offers a 50” Samsung smart TV for your entertainment. You’re welcome to log into your own Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming accounts during your stay. LAUNDRY A washing machine and dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience. OUTDOOR & SHARED AMENITIES - Access to the building’s common garden, courtyard and rooftop throughout your stay. Please note that shared facilities are managed by building management and may occasionally be unavailable. We recommend checking any building notices upon arrival for the latest updates. PARKING - One parking space is available in the garage. - Visitor parking may also be used if needed, with a designated spot located just past the gate, directly facing the entry—please note this is outside the roller door, not behind it. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure. Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.
