Third floor condo in the heart of downtown Asheville. Features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, and balcony. You’ll fall in love with this condo, and it will become your frequent place of lodging while in Asheville. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). This condominium is pet friendly with a $75 (plus tax) non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment to OTA. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest. This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental.
