Located in the Ilhabela Greens Golf Resort condominium, our 100m² house accommodates up to 5 people and is the ideal place for those looking for leisure, safety and practicality.
We are 800m from Praia do Veloso and Cachoeira do Veloso, in addition the region has restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The condominium is the highlight, with a complete leisure infrastructure with swimming pool, gourmet area, gym, playground, sauna, beach tennis court and golf course.
- We offer bed linen, bath towels and pillows, but you need to bring blankets if you wish.
- There are no child protection screens, therefore, we ask that you be careful with children.
- The property has stairs, therefore, it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

The Neighborhood
The Veloso neighborhood, in Ilhabela, is a true natural refuge. The beach has around 200 meters of sand, with a combination of light and dark colors. Its waters are calm, making it ideal for a relaxing day. The neighborhood has some bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. We are located approximately 800m from Praia do Veloso, and the condominium has a path to Cachoeira do Veloso.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - No noise and loudspeakers after 10pm.
- - Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- - Small pets allowed, upon request.
- - Smoking Prohibited.
- - Visits are not permitted.
- - There are no child protection screens.
- - One of the refrigerators in the house is under maintenance, out of order for now. However, the house also has another refrigerator to help during the stay.
- - We offer bed linen, bath towels and pillows, but you need to bring blankets if you wish.
- - Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as: swimming pool, sauna, gym, playground, gourmet area with barbecue and pizza oven, beach tennis court, golf course and trail to Cachoeira do Veloso.
- - There are no child protection screens, therefore, we ask that you be careful with children.
- - The property has stairs, therefore, it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
- - We provide 1 uncovered parking space. Another car can be parked in the condominium's visitor parking lot, if there is space.
- - A security deposit of R$2,000.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
