Additionally, there’s an abundance of shops, restaurants, and cafes within the vicinity, providing ample opportunities to immerse yourself in the local culture. With all there is to do and see, be sure you have a place to come home to. Spanning 53 square meters, Aleu provides a well-designed space that combines functionality and comfort. The apartment features a lovely double bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed, offering a peaceful haven for a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, there is a charming single bedroom, perfect for accommodating an additional guest or for use as a private workspace. The one contemporary bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower. Start your day refreshed and invigorated with an energizing shower, surrounded by modern fixtures and a clean aesthetic. The open plan living room and kitchen area provides a versatile space for relaxation and culinary endeavors. Unwind on the comfortable sofa, catch up on your favorite shows using the full entertainment system, or simply enjoy the company of your loved ones. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and offers all the necessary amenities to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
