The Palace is part of a medieval tower where the rooms carefully restored by the skilled hands of local stone artisans have exalted the pre-existing architecture with modern and contemporary furnishings in Apulian style.
Breakfast included will be served in the hotel from May to October; in the remaining months a voucher will be given to the customer.
In the building there is a dining room with kitchen to prepare lunches and dinners or you can request a chef at home.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Cancellation policy:
- If the customer cancels the reservation for any reason, the following penalties and / or cancellation fees will be applied.
- Cancellation penalties:
- - From the moment of booking until 15 days before arrival 30% of the total amount of the reservation coast is due.
- - Less than 14 days before arrival 100% of the total amount of the reservation cost is due.
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email.
- NOTE: If the reason for cancellation is covered by the terms of the insurance policy, the guest must claim the costs for the cancellation following the procedure of the insurance company.

- Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- - The daily rearrangement of all the rooms will be carried out from 10.00 to 13.00 with the change of towels;
- - change of bed linen is every 3 nights.
