Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

Punta Sayulita is a luxury gated beach community on a 33-acre oceanfront peninsula, camouflaged by tropical jungle just minutes by golf cart from the bustling center of Sayulita surf town.
- An open-air clubhouse with restaurant, bar, large communal pool and jacuzzi is for the exclusive use of Punta Sayulita guests. Stroll down from your magnificent rental home through jungle pathways and hiking trails to take a spin in the gym before breakfast or maybe a quick dip in the ocean off the private beach.

- This villa is located in the only gated resort community in Sayulita and offers guests access to a large communal pool, gym, restaurant and private beach.
- The modular design of the home means there are lots of stairs including outside staircases leading from one area to the bedrooms.
- Bedroom 6 has bunk beds and a sofa bed, best suited for children.
- Access to this beachfront luxury community along a rustic jungle trail is totally worth it.
- As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however, insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
- Beach Club needs a little TLC.
