You will have an array of cooking supplies, along with stainless steel appliances, a brand new range, a breakfast bar, an island table seating five, and a dining table with seating for eight. Relax in a luxurious, beautifully furnished living room with a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV and a comfy sectional sofa. Have some fun in the game room which has an additional TV and a foosball table. Bedroom Configuration In the evenings, this home boasts four comfortable bedrooms. Master: King Guest: King Guest: Queen Guest: A kid-friendly bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed. Nearby Attractions Located near the desirable Kierland and Paradise Valley areas, you’ll be just a few short miles away from amazing restaurants, bars, and the beautiful outdoor shopping found at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Spring training games are a great way to spend an afternoon, while the Talking Stick Golf Club provides an outlet for golfers, just 12 miles from your door. Additionally, TPC Scottsdale is just five miles down the road, where PGA’s Phoenix Open is held. Additional Fees may apply when reserving add-ons to your reservation. Pool heat is an additional $40.00 + tax daily. If you create your reservation between the months of November 1st-May 1st pool heat will be included but the temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperature. If you book your reservations outside of these dates pool heat is optional and an additional $40/daily. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability. Home Rules Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. Please keep in mind, this home is in a family neighborhood. We want you to enjoy your time, but please be respectful of noise, the neighbors and the home even outside of quiet hours. No loud music or excessive noise allowed during quiet hours. This home has a zero tolerance for parties. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability. You will be required to sign a separate agreement with the property management company. Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart. We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you! May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
