Do not drive or park over the yard, dirt, gravel, or anywhere in the back or side of the home - NOTE: Please walk on the concrete pad in entry & back patios, do not kick up decorative landscape gravel/rocks & please do not allow children to play with the rocks as they scratch the concrete and get stuck in the lawnmower - NOTE: This property has very strict quiet hours that must be observed from 8:00 PM to 10:00 AM (failure to comply will result in a fine) - **NO LOUD VULGAR LANGUAGE this is a quiet family neighborhood in the peaceful countryside** - NOTE: The owner is not responsible for natural disasters, storms, power outages, etc. The homeowners will accommodate guests to the best of their abilities if any of these circumstances should occur, but they will not be held liable, nor will they grant a refund - NOTE: Guests agree to release and indemnify the Owner from all liability, should anyone be injured or personal property of the Guest be damaged, upon the premises during the term of the rental, resulting from any cause whatsoever - NOTE There is no washer/dryer on-site.
