Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- * Resort fee is $39.50 with taxes per night
- * Parking: The building offers valet parking only. Overnight guests pay $42.80 per night for regular vehicles, and $84.00 per night for large vehicles.
- * Pet Fee: $100 one time per stay
- *Building's hold: $100 one time per stay
- These prices include tax. The fees above are charged by the resort and are subject to change.
- Resort services include:
- * Pool and Beach towels
- * Access to the Gym
- * Rooftop Pool
- * Yoga classes
- * 2 Complimentary Beach Chairs
- * Bicycle rental (1st hour free for up to 2 bicycles).
- This unit is privately owned and does not participate on the hotel program. There is No housekeeping or room service.
- The property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.
