Capacity for 4 persons.
This house is on two floors and offers on 175 m2 living space 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), both bedrooms are on the upper floor, furthermore a modern bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
On the ground floor there is a living room with TV, a dining room, a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen.
From here you can access the beautiful patio with pool (2x3 metres) and various seating areas, sun loungers are also available for you.
A pool fence can be provided on request.
Of course, there is also a barbecue for cosy barbecue evenings at your disposal.
It is allowed to bring a small dog up to 8 kg but please note that occasionally there are two cats in the patio who have a small feeding area in one corner.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
